May's half gone already so my attention needs to be on work. Slowly but surely I have been working on my store, getting it ready for the upcoming Fall season. This week the creative juices have begun to flow again and I'm starting to think about creating new Halloween pieces.I had quite a dry spell the past couple of months. After the Easter season I really needed sometime off so we have been mainly focusing on painting our house inside. Owning one of these big old monster 170 year old houses takes a lot of maintenance. There's always something to do and it will never ever be finished! Guy retired in January, took our sons on a trip to Hawaii so now hes home and has all the time in the world to work on this place....lucky him! For those of you who know "Raisin", she is three now. She's 120 pounds of bulldozer. She is a sweet Rottweiler but a handful. The store is closed over the summer but we should reopen late August this year so keep checking.
